(Deepshikha Gautam, Intern Journalist) Patna: The Grand Alliance has suffered a major setback before the Bihar Assembly elections. All the speculation of ‘Hindustani Awam Morcha’ being out of the alliance seems to be at the end. HAM national president Jeetan Ram Manjhi reached Chief Minister’s residence and met Nitish Kumar. With this, information about his joining the National Democratic Alliance is being confirmed.

However, it has not been officially announced. The first meeting with Nitish Kumar was held on Thursday after Manjhi’s displeasure with the alliance. Political experts say that Nitish Kumar got a big relief before the assembly elections due to the return of Jeetan Ram Manjhi to NDA. It is discussed that Nitish Kumar has agreed to give 9 to 12 seats to HAM in NDA. Jeetan Ram Manjhi was earlier seeking 15 seats. He was seeking some BJP seats in Magadh. Manjhi’s decision to join NDA was postponed due to BJP’s confusion. All eyes are sharp on Manjhi, who became an important factor in the politics in Bihar.
