(Anjali Shreya, Intern Journalist): National Security Advisor Ajit Doval held a review meeting with top officials over the India-China border dispute. In this meeting, besides the heads of intelligence agencies, senior army officers were also involved. According to the information, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh can also hold a high level meeting.
Before that, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval played an important role in easing tensions in East Ladakh. He had a telephonic conversation with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, following which the process of withdrawal from both sides began on July 6.
