Narendra Singh Tomar said that if there is an imbalance in the demand-supply and prices of onions, the government will take cognizance. Expected action is taken from time to time to maintain normal prices and supply of essential commodities. A meeting is held every 15 days in this regard. It is decided that if there is a shortage of something, it has to be imported. The government will succeed in keeping the price under control.
