Automaker Nissan India on Thursday stated that it has introduced a new digital initiative enabling customers to lock their offers and purchase vehicles online amidst the COVID-19 epidemic.
“We are strengthening our commitment in line with our customer-centric approach by bringing the retail area to customers’ location via a virtual showroom with a digitally enabled car purchase journey,” Nissan Motor India Managing Director Rakesh Srivastava said. It will enable customers to explore more and then own products with complete confidence, convenience, and zilch physical contact, he added.
Furthermore, last week, Nissan Motor India had launched the BS-VI compliant versions of Datsun GO and GO+ models in the country. The 5 seater Datsun GO is available at a starting price of Rs 3.99 lakhs for the manual variant and Rs 6.25 lakh for CVT trim. On the other hand, the seven-seater Datsun GO+ has priced at Rs 4.2 lakh for the manual variant and Rs 6.7 lakh for the CVT trim.
The models inculcate 180 mm ground clearance and include 2 front airbags, vehicle dynamic control, Anti-lock braking system(ABS), Electronic Brakeforce Distribution(EBD), brake assist, and reverse parking assist under assorted safety measures.
