(Namita Pradhan, Intern Journalist) In the last 24 hrs, India has reported 75,809 cases of Covid-19 which led the total number of tally to 42,80,423 today, with the death rate of 1,133 new deaths which lead the death toll to 72,775.
In two consecutive days, more than 90,000 infections were reported. The present active cases of India are 8,83,697 while 33,23,951 were treated and discharged. The rate of recovery in the country grows to 77.65%, wheres the fatality rate stands to 1.7 %. The centers have received detailed feedback from the district level officers, identifying loopholes in the implementation of the content, clinical management strategies, and surveillance for the Coronavirus in various states.
