Everyone wishes for hot and spicy food during rainy season
To satisfy your cravings Panner Tikka is the way to go. For this
the ingredients needed are
• 1 Cup curd
• Half a teaspoon turmeric powder
• Half a teaspoon chat masala
• 2 tablespoons of oil
• Half a teaspoon ginger garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon of chilli powder
• Few drops of lemon
• Onions cut and petals separated
• Largely cut Bell Peppers
• Panner cut into large cubes
• Sliced tomatoes
• Salt as required
Take a bowl an add the curd and other spices and mix it well.
Later add cut vegetables along with paneer an mix it well. Let
the mixture marinate for half an hour.
After marination take a skewer an plac vegetables an paneer
alternatively. Take a non stick pan and grease it with butter.
Then place the skewers on the pan and roast until the paneer
is orangish brown. An now Paneer tikka is ready to be served.
