Patna Women’s College promotes its students

(Riya Singh, Intern Journalist): Keeping in mind the increasing cases of COVID-19, Patna Women’s College has decided to start online classes for semester III and V from 6th July. Thus, the college has promoted its students to the next semester. Principal Dr. Sister M. Rashmi A.C. sent a notice to her students regarding the same on Tuesday. The teaching will take place through the Learning Management System. Examination Cell and Academic Council has decided to promote the student who has filled their end semester forms.

This decision has been taken under the UGC Guidelines. The students will have to appear for the exams whenever it will be held by the college. The college will be first in Bihar to take such initiative. The students will be connected via their phones and e-mail ids through LMS. The college has taken a subscription of the software so that there are no connectivity issues. The students will have a lot of benefits including solutions for internet issues, videos for the students who miss out on class, notes, and tutorials. The schedule of the online classes will be the same as offline.
