Therefore, they are a good option for weight loss. But, one of our houses would not do any big experiments with these except for two dishes. But, there are many recipes with Kala Chana. Here are some of them. Try and taste.
1. Kala Chana Rasedar…
In this, Kala Chana is cooked first and then in a gravy with onions and tomatoes and cooked in a sim. This gravy with good spices brings good taste. Easy to make, does not require many ingredients but tastes amazing. Very good to eat with rice and pickles.
2. Sukhe Kala Chana
It is also one of the offerings made during Navratri. We call these peanuts. But, unlike prasadam, we can do it whenever we want. These can be eaten as is or in combination with chapati and puri.
3. Benaresi Ghugni…

This is a very famous recipe in Bihar. Boiled chana, onions, green chilies, ginger, and garlic are mixed together and served as a pagoda.
7. Kale Chana Ke Kebab…
