Aatmja Kumari(Intern Journalist): Prime Minister Narendra Modi is addressing the grand finale of the world’s largest online hackathon. Addressing the students, PM Modi said that under these circumstances, the first challenge was to hold this competition. PM said that the challenges you are working on, I am eager to know about them.
He said that artificial intelligence can be a very big feature in making our facilities effective, interactive, and people-friendly. The PM congratulated the students and said that with data-driven solutions, healthcare solutions are creating a big change. Most of the poor areas are getting cheap services today and this is our objective under the Ayushman Bharat scheme.
The Prime Minister said that awareness about the cleanliness of women in India has come too late. In the last six years, women are making efforts in this direction.
Prior to his address, PM Modi tweeted that the Smart India Hackathon has emerged as a vibrant forum of ideas and inventions. Certainly, our youth will be working on the world after Corona in their inventions this time. Apart from this, they will also be working on self-sufficient India.
PM Modi said that young India is full of talents. The Smart India Hackathon 2020 shows the same spirit of invention and superiority.
This time the hackathon is being organized online due to Corona challenges. The event will be organized through a special platform. Participants from all over the country are participating in this. Smart India Hackathon is a national campaign launched jointly by All India Council of Technical Education and Union Ministry of Human Resource Development.
