PM Modi: Country is standing with people affected by flood in Bihar and Assam

In many areas of states like Bihar and Assam, people are facing difficulties due to floods. In such a situation, the whole country stands with the people affected by the disaster. In the 67th episode of the monthly radio program, PM Modi said that NDRF teams, disaster response teams, self-help groups are working together to provide relief and rescue in all possible ways.

PM Modi said, ‘During this rainy season, a large part of the country is suffering from floods. In many areas of states like Bihar and Assam, people are facing difficulties due to floods. On the one hand, we have a corona situation and on the other, we have this challenge. In this situation, all governments, NDRF teams, disaster response teams, self-help groups are working together to provide relief and rescue in all possible ways. The entire country stands with the people affected by this disaster.

PM Modi also said, ‘Last time also, I said that during this time the risk of diseases caused by dirt increases. This causes congestion in hospitals. I urge you to pay special attention to the cleanliness around you and keep taking immunity-enhancing foods like Ayurvedic decoction. During the time of the Corona epidemic, it is necessary that we protect ourselves from other diseases. We have to take full care of our health so that we do not have to go to hospitals again and again.
