Lucknow: The LDA is negligent in guarding its assets. Its latest case has come up in Sector-7 of Gomtinagar Extension, where the private builder plotted on the land of LDA. Not only this, the layout of this colony is also approved by LDA. Later, when the measurement was done, the plotting land turned out to be LDA.
At the same time, the builder claims that the tehsil has metered and given him possession of the land. Now LDA will make a joint measurement of this land. LDA officials say that about 70 acres of land is in the Gomtinagar stretch between the police building and the river. LDA has started metering to search for this land. In this exercise, the LDA got plots of private colony cut on their land. Now the LDA has to take back possession of this land.
Some construction has also taken place here. Now the final decision will be with joint measurement. Apart from this, other construction is also marking LDA. Nazul officer said – Builder is in the wrong place Nazul officer and in-charge Arjan Pankaj Kumar says that the measles on which the builder has passed his lay-out are in other places. The builder himself is in the wrong place. The LDA map approves only by looking at the measles number and land ownership. If someone spotting the wrong spot on the spot, then measurement is necessary. LDA will take back its land. These lands belong to the villages of Malashemau and Saraswan.
