Initially, there was a lockdown of 3-4 months, now life is slowly coming back on track, but still getting out of the house is a big danger. The danger of Corona is not yet postponed, so schools, colleges, malls, cinemas, religious places, etc. are still closed.
The government is also advising that people stay in their homes and leave only when needed. In such a situation, people are constantly fed up sitting in the house, because the activity level has reduced to everyone, so sleep at night. People stay awake overnight or sleep at 3-4 in the morning. Even if you feel sleepy on time, it opens at 2-3 pm.
If you too are bored sitting at home and staying awake at night, then you have to take some measures which will make you sleepy and feel fresh on time.
Keep yourself busy during the day
Think of these days of quarantine as a test. If there is laziness in your day, keep yourself busy with household chores, or creative activities. Apart from this, you can also read your favorite movie or book. If you have the courage to cook, make new things.
Do not sleep during the day even by mistake
Nowadays people are not going anywhere. This is also one of the reasons that people are bored of reading TV or book at home during the day. Therefore, sleep also occurs during the day. Because of this, there is no sleep at night again.
Open the windows and curtains of the house
Most people always put curtains on windows and doors to avoid sunlight during summer. You get relaxed under low light, but sunlight is very important for your body. Let the sunshine in the house, only then you will always be agile.
Do workouts
To remove laziness and keep the body fit, it is important to move the body. Rest is also important, but only when you do some workouts. You can do yoga, cardio exercises, and even meditation at home. This will make you feel nimble.
