(Kajal Singh intern journalist): The accused allegedly clicked pictures of the mother taking a bath. Then these naked photos were shared on the WhatsApp group of relatives. Kota, A shameful incident has come out of Rajasthan’s Kota. A 50-year-old man allegedly shared nude pictures of his elderly mother on WhatsApp to pressure him to acquire an ancestral property. The police have identified this person as Deepak Tiwari. A case has been registered against the accused under Section 509A, 509B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 67 of the IT Act.
The accused Deepak wanted the mother to give her ancestral home to him. Deepak has been sent to judicial custody after being produced in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM).
According to Dadabari police station in-charge Tarachand, the dispute over the property started after the death of the victim’s husband 20 days ago. The disputed house comes under the Dadabari police station boundary in Shivpura area of Kota.
Clicked pictures of the mother taking a bath in the bathroom
On May 13, the 75-year-old mother said in a complaint to the police, “I was doing ‘havan’ for my late husband when my son (accused) came and sprayed something on me. I started to itch. She went to the bathroom for bath. At the same time, the accused son allegedly clicked the pictures and then sent those pictures to his relatives’ WhatsApp group.
When relatives told the woman about this, the woman complained to the police. After this, on 16 May, the police arrested Deepak. According to the police, Deepak tried to blackmail and malign his mother to pressure him to take ownership of the house.
