(Milcah Anila, Intern Journalist) Paris: Turkey is a partner of Pakistan not only in Jammu and Kashmir but in everything else. Turkey has demanded that Pakistan be removed from the gray list at the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Paris Plenary Meeting on Friday.
Turkey is the only country out of 39 countries in the FATF to support Pakistan. All other countries also opted to keep Pakistan on the gray list. However, at the International Cooperation Review Group (ICRG) meeting, Turkey, China, and Saudi Arabia spoke out in favor of removing Pakistan from the gray list for technical reasons, but only Turkey supported it.
The Pakistan Gray List case will be reviewed before the Plenary in February 2021. It is well known that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has previously stated his support for Pakistan on the issue of Jammu and Kashmir.
They had this misfortune because of arbitrary decisions. How much Pakistan is suffering today about Kashmir .. Turkey is also suffering.
All parties must act fairly in this matter. We stand for justice. A peaceful solution to the Kashmir issue is the best solution. “we will always support Pakistan in this regard.”
