On the Tahrir of the gangster court clerk, the Kotwali police have registered a report on 73 accused in various serious sections including cheating.
Police have started an investigation. The culprits of many heinous cases including murder, robbery, theft, have also been out of jail on fake bail. SP West Dr. Anil Kumar said that some time ago a confidential investigation was conducted.
It was learned that vicious criminals of more than two hundred cases including fake gangster cases have taken fake bail. Fake guarantors have been put in it. A report of this was sent by the police in Gangster Court.
Taking cognizance, the gangster court gave instructions for action. On Wednesday, Kiran Shankar Ghosh, a clerk from the gangster court, has filed a report. Kotwali Inspector Sanjeevkant Mishra said that 73 accused have been booked in various sections including cheating, conspiracy, preparation of fraudulent documents. It consists of 59 gangster crooks and 14 guarantors. The police will soon send these accused to jail.
