The CBI claimed that although five letters and notices had been sent to the ED in the last two years to investigate the Rose Valley case, it did not respond. The CBI claimed that Gautam Kundu, his wife Shuvra, and several important documents related to the company did not match with the ED.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) alleged that the money was deposited in Shuvra Kundu’s account in defiance of their instructions.
