(Aditya Shaw, Intern Journalist): The District and Sessions Court of Jodhpur directed Salman Khan to appear before the court in the Krishnasara victim case and the Arms Act. He has to appear on the 28th. The court will then inform him when the next hearing will be. Salman’s lawyer Hastimal Saraswat was in court on his behalf.
The court made it clear that the hearing in the case would begin on the 28th. Salman will have to appear in court for that. A licensed weapon was recovered from Salman in the Krishnasara hunting case. Therefore, a case is also pending against him under the Arms Act. In this case, the CMJ court acquitted him due to a lack of evidence. But the Rajasthan government has appealed against the verdict in the Jodhpur District and Sessions Court.
