A state-level silver medalist shooter living in the Natwar Pal Road area of Howrah committed suicide by shooting himself with his revolver. Police said that the shooter had gone into depression due to physical illness for the last three years. For this reason, he took such a fatal step. Police have sent the body for postmortem. According to police, state-level silver medalist shooter Amit Dhar (69) lived in the Natwar Pal Road area of Howrah with his wife and two sons. Family members said that for the last three years he was suffering from neurological problems, physical malaise, and depression, etc. On Friday, he shot himself with his favorite revolver. Due to this, Amit Dhar died on the spot.
