Saloni Subha ( Intern Journalist) In the monsoon and coronavirus it is important for us to take extra precaution to strengthen our immunity. Here, are few tips to ensure that you are all ready to face the rainy season and Covid-19.

Homemade khadha consuming khadha twice a day boosts our immunity as it contains turmeric Tulsi cloves, ginger, peppercorns, and honey. Warm oil massage with mahanaryan oil before bath helps in avoiding allergies.

Stay hydrated by sipping boiled water and dried ginger. Nasal drops of mustard oil are also proven to counter infection. Add citrus fruits to your diet like apple, orange, pomegranate and amla for more energy and vitamins

Some of the easiest recipes use lime juice powered cloves, ginger, and amla. Boil these and add honey after turning off the burner. Then pour drops of liquid in a pan so as to make tablets.

Prefer fresh homemade cooked food. Consuming barley, rice, and moong dal and having a small piece of ginger with rock salt before every meal helps in boosting immunity. Another thing that will help in boosting immunity is adding a spoonful of turmeric to your tea. An infusion made with Tulsi, black pepper, ginger, and amla are also a great immunity booster.
