A 23-year-old woman allegedly raped by a man in a park near Red Fort in Delhi.
The woman told the police that the man raped her in the park and when she resisted, hit her with a stone.
Police said she has also alleged that men had kidnapped her daughter.
However, the police found the girl later.
The case was registered under the relevant section of the Indian penal code at Kotwali Police station and the accused was arrested.
