(Rishitha Jaladi, Intern Journalist)New Delhi: Food ordering and delivery platform Swiggy said, it’s laying off 350 of its employees, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, on Monday. Most of the people are at home during the lockdown and the company services have gone down rapidly.
The company laid off 1,100 employees already, across grades and functions in cities. However, the company has recovered just 50% of its initial peak. We are committed to whatever we do. and we always respect and work hard to satisfy our customers, added Swiggy.
