The country’s well-known company Tata Housing (TATA Housing) has come up with a money scheme under which home buyers will not get such a cheap loan anywhere.
Homebuyers from Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kochi, Delhi-NCR, and Kasauli will benefit during the festive season. The company is offering buyers the option to pay a 3.99 percent flat interest rate for one year and the rest will be borne by the company. The scheme is applicable to 10 Tata housing projects with ready-to-move-in and under-construction properties till 20 November.
According to the company, buyers will get gift vouchers ranging from 25,000 to 8 lakhs depending on the property, when they complete the payment of 10 percent and register the property. Amit Parashuramka, senior vice president and chief sales and CRM officer, Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd, said that as an effort to boost the demand among Indian homebuyers, the scheme would surely provide financial relief to homebuyers.
