(Harleen Kaur, Intern Journalist) Deoria: A private school teacher was shot dead on Sunday night near village Padri Tiwari of Salempur Kotwali. The sensation spread in the area on Monday when the body was found. SP Dr. Sripathy Mishra and other officials inspected the site of the incident. The reason for the murder could not be clarified.
Ram Balak Chauhan (28) son, Jagesar Chauhan, a resident of village Padri Banmali of Khukundu police station area, was a teacher in a private school in Bardiha of Lar police station area. He went to the village to grind wheat on Sunday night, during which, after getting a call on his mobile, he left the Salempur bike. Did not return for the whole night, the kinsman searched, but could not find out. On Monday morning, when a corpse was found along the Mahdha-Bhatni road near Padri Tiwari village, a passer-by informed the police. Two empty cartridges have been recovered from the spot.
The incident is being investigated. Along with Salempur Kotwali, Khukhundu police, the SOG team of the district has also been busted. Various aspects of the incident are being investigated keeping in mind. The incident will be uncovered soon
