Terrorist attack on CRPF’s patrolling party in Sopore,

(Shivam Chauhan, intern journalist); New Delhi: Militants have attacked a patrolling party of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) in the Model Town area of Sopore in Jammu and Kashmir. There is news of a martyr of a CRPF soldier in this attack as well as the death of a civilian. At the same time, many soldiers are also injured. It is being said that when the attack took place, the man was passing by in his car. All the injured have been rushed to the hospital where they are being treated.


According to the information, heavy firing is going on from both sides. Two to three terrorists are reported to be hiding in the area. The area has been cordoned off. The siege and search operation of the area has been started.
Earlier, there was a terrorist attack on CRPF soldiers in Bijbehra of South Kashmir. In this attack, an innocent of Yaripora of Kulgam also lost his life.
Please tell that two militants were killed in an encounter between security forces and militants in Jammu and Kashmir’s Anantnag district today. A police official said that after receiving intelligence about the presence of the terrorists, the security forces started a siege operation on Tuesday morning in South Kashmir’s Waghama in Anantnag district.


In the meantime, militants opened fire on the security forces. The security forces retaliated, after which the encounter started. The official said that two terrorists have been killed so far. He told that the terrorists are being identified and it is being ascertained which terrorist organization they were associated with.
Three militants were also killed in an encounter on Monday in the Khulchohar area of Anantnag.
36 terrorists killed in the last twenty days
Let us know that in the ongoing anti-terrorist operations in Jammu and Kashmir, security forces have killed more than 110 terrorists so far this year. In the last twenty days, about 36 terrorists have been killed by the security forces. Director-General of Jammu and Kashmir Police Dilbag Singh said that these terrorists were associated with Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed, and Hizbul Mujahideen. They are now desperately targeting innocent people.
