(Deepshikha Gautam, Intern Journalist) Barmer: The incident of gang-rape of a minor in the Sarhadi Barmer district of Rajasthan has once again shocked people.
Here the family of a minor girl went to vote in the sarpanch election to choose the village government, meanwhile the poor kidnapped the teenager and carried out the gang-rape incident. On the report of the family, the police have registered a case and started an investigation. According to the information, the case is related to a village located in the Shiv police station area of border Barmer district along the Indo-Pakistan border. On Tuesday evening, two youths of the village kidnapped and raped the minor girl.
Also took a pornographic photo of him. According to the victim’s family, all the family members had gone to vote. The minor girl was alone at home.
The two youths kidnapped the girl and sat on a motorcycle and took her away from the house and gang-raped her and took a pornographic photo of her.
When the family members returned home after voting, the girl was not at home. There was no clue of the minor on searching here and there. The family informed the police station, after which the girl was found unconscious in the late evening. The family took the minor to Shiva Hospital, where he was referred to Barmer after first aid. At the same time, soon after getting the information about the incident, the police officer Vikram Singh Sandu formed a separate team and started searching for the accused. According to Shiv Thanadikari Vikram Singh Sandu, based on the report of the family, the investigation has been started by registering a case under Poxo and IT Act.
The victim is undergoing treatment at a state hospital.
