(Bhagya Luxmi, Intern Journalist) Hearing in Allahabad High court has started from today via video conferencing. Rules are already set for this. In this order, the filing of cases will also be done by e-filing.
Until the next order, the trial of the cases in the open court will be completely stalled. This time the High Court has made a change in the system and decided to hear the cases only through video conferencing from July 22 until further orders.
Not only this, but only those old cases will also be heard in which the application will be given. The case will be listed for hearing only after the application is approved. There will be no need to provide emergency applications in fresh cases.
New lawsuits will be accepted only through e-filing. Other orders issued earlier for hearing through video conferencing will remain in force.
