Debalina Mandal (Intern Journalist) London- Britain has made a formal request to conjoin with the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) to open new avenues for post-Brexit trade.
Addressing this request to align, Trade Minister Liz Truss said that it would create jobs and help restore the global trading system and help them position into the leading global trade.
During a call with Japanese and New Zealand counterparts, Truss has said, “It is important that we take a stand to support multilateralism and the global trading system, there has been too much undermining of the rules-based order.”
