Pears can also have some similar complaints. Actually, the pear is a fruit that is rich in beta-carotene and B vitamins. Not only this, copper, phosphorus, potassium, and other essential elements are present in abundance. Despite this, children do not like to eat this fruit much. If there is something similar in your house too, why not try a sour-sweet pear sauce. This sauce is unique in taste as well as is rich in nutrients.
Ingredients for making pear sauce-
•Pears-4 •Green chilli – 2 •Roasted Cumin Powder – 1.5 Tbsp
•Salt – 1 teaspoon
•Black salt – 1 teaspoon
•Sugar – Half a teaspoon
•Lemon juice – as per taste
How to make pear sauce-
To make pear sauce, firstly cut the pear and grind all the remaining ingredients together in a grinder except lemon. Now mix lemon juice, salt and sugar in it. Your pear sauce is ready. Serve with roti or poori.
