Saloni Subha ( Intern Journalist ) The Bihar police on Monday filed a charge sheet against three-person in the triple murder case of Gopalganj. One of the accused is the elder brother of JD (U) MLA from Kuchaikot.
The charge sheet was filled by state CID department before the court of chief judicial magistrate, though the charge sheet had been filed the investigation was still going on against JD (U) MLA Amrendra Pandey.
“Till now, the CID has not found anything against the MLA. If during the probe, any evidence against him come to the fore, a supplementary charge-sheet will be filled said advocate Mohammad Shariq Imam.
In the charge sheet, police claimed that armed criminals shot dead brother, mother, and father of RJD leader Jp Choudhary. MLA Amrendra Pandey’s brother Satish Pandey, nephew Mukesh Pandey and chairman of Gopalganj district board chief Bateshwar Pandey were held after an FIR was lodged in the case.
