Tourism development will be done in these 5 districts of UP as Ayodhya-Kashi,

The Uttar Pradesh government has selected five temples of five districts Lakhimpur Kheri, Hardoi, Amethi, Unnao and Farrukhabad for tourism development. Funds have also been approved for the tourism development of these temples. The objective of this initiative is to promote religious tourism and increase the number of tourists. These cities will be developed on the lines of Ayodhya.

Lucknow: The Tourism Department has started preparations to develop tourism of five temples of five districts, Lakhimpur Kheri, Hardoi, Amethi, Unnao and Farrukhabad. The government has also approved the funds for this.

Uttar Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation has been made the implementing agency for these works. In view of the ever-increasing religious tourism in the state, the department is trying to include at least one religious place from every district in the tourism development plan in this financial year.

Increase in tourists in UP

The number of domestic tourists in Uttar Pradesh is continuously increasing. Last year, 48 crore tourists visited various tourist places in the state. Between January and September, 47.61 crore tourists have visited Ayodhya, Kashi and Mathura and other tourist places. The department hopes that this year the number of tourists coming to visit Uttar Pradesh will cross 50 crores. After the construction of Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya, the number of tourists is increasing significantly.

Rs 1.13 crore will be spent in Lakhimpur Kheri

Rs 1.13 crore will be spent on the tourism development of Palannath temple established by Maharaj Virat in Mohammadi tehsil of Lakhimpur Kheri, for which the government has approved an installment of Rs 50 lakh. At the same time, a budget of Rs 67.80 lakh has been made for the tourism development of Kushinath temple and Sarovar located in Balamau of Hardoi, for which the government has approved an installment of Rs 35 lakh.

Also, an installment of 86 lakhs has been approved for the tourism development of the ancient Shankar Budhe Baba temple located in Jamo block of Amethi, 35 lakhs for the ancient Phoolmati Devi temple located in Moradabad block of Unnao, 7.18 lakhs for the construction of road between Shringri Rampur temple and Baghambar Mahadev temple in Farrukhabad.

CDO heard the problems of the villagers, gave instructions for resolving them

In Bahraich, a program called ‘Administration goes to the village’ was organized during the Good Governance Week on the occasion of the birthday of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The CDO heard the problems of the villagers and gave instructions to the concerned officials for resolving them. Under the Good Governance Week, programs are organized daily in 12 gram panchayats of the block. In which public problems are heard and resolved in the presence of officials.

Under the program, Chief Development Officer Mukesh Chand heard the public problems in the villages. Survey of 98 families in 12 villages, 38 job cards, 48 ​​Eshram cards, 42 destitute, 11 handicapped pension, 3 mass marriage applications, 45 toilets, 38 Kisan Samman Nidhi, mid-day meal verification were done. On this occasion BDO Ajay Pratap Singh, APO Vikrant Singh, junior engineer Tushar Verma, village panchayat secretary Rita Pal, Satish Shukla, village head, employment servant and others were present.
