Angered by the lack of solution despite talks with the government, farmers are today taking out tractor marches on all the borders of Delhi and the Peripheral Expressway. Farmers have started a tractor rally from Ghazipur border. Punjab farmer leader and Indian Farmers Union (BKU) general secretary Harinder Singh Lakhowal on Wednesday reported that farmers in Punjab are coming with their tractors for the march. Farmers from Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan are also scheduled to attend the rally.

-Haryana: Security has been increased at Kundli-Manesar-Palwal toll plaza (KMP) in view of the tractor march of farmers in Nuh. Sub Inspector said, ‘Administration has made complete arrangements. No tractor of Kisan rally will be allowed to climb KMP, the toll will be stopped.
Farmers’ tractor rally started from Ghazipur border- Farmers started tractor rally from Ghazipur border. Indian Farmers Union spokesman Rakesh Tikait said that the tractor rally is ready for January 26. Our route is from here to Dasna, after that we will stop on Aligarh road, there will be an anchor, then from there we will come back and the tractor with Noida will go to Palwal. We are doing this to convince the government.
A large number of security forces have been deployed along the Indus border – In view of the tractor march of farmers along the Indus border, a large number of security forces have been deployed on the border. The 43-day-long protest of farmers on the Singhu border continues today. A protestor said, “Today we are going to have a tractor rally. Our route will have a border border from here onwards, after that there will be Ghazipur border. We will take our rights.
Negotiations for the eighth round of January 8 – Please tell that the eighth round of talks is to be held between the farmers and the government on January 8. Earlier farmers had said to oppose and intensify agricultural laws. The farmers have also decided to oppose the BJP and NDA constituents and launch a public awareness campaign. Earlier this program was to be held on 6 January but due to the weather it has been postponed for a day. Farmers have said that this is a rehearsal of the tractor march to be held on Republic Day on 26 January.
