Trump refused the claim in the bombshell report as “fake news”. In 2017, his business also paid substantially more tax in Panama ($15,598) and in the Philippines ($156,824),. Said a news report, which said it had accessed the president previously undisclosed tax information.
However, According to Trump, he paid $750 in the year 2016, the year in which he ran for president and won. Which was still way more than what he paid in previous years. “He doesn’t pay income tax at all in 10 of the previous 15 years because he claimed to lose more money than he made”, the report said.
