(Aditya Shaw, Intern Journalist): Turkey, which has been indirectly involved in the war of Armenia and Azerbaijan, now appears to be openly supporting Azerbaijan. Turkey, which aspires to become a ‘Khalifa’ in Central Asia, has now announced that it is ready to send its army if the request comes from Azerbaijan. Superpower Russia’s neighboring countries of Armenia and Azerbaijan are fighting for the occupation of the Nagorno-Karabakh region and if Turkey joins it, there will be a danger of a third world war.
Vice-President of Turkey Fout Oktay has said that Turkey will not hesitate to give its troops and military support if a request comes from Azerbaijan to send troops. However, he also said that no such request has come from Azerbaijan so far. Turkey gave its full support to Azerbaijan, alleging that Armenia is occupying the land of Baku.
In a conversation with CNN on Wednesday, the Turkish Vice-President criticized the faction led by France, Russia, and the US, and said the group did not want the Nagorno-Karabakh dispute to end. He also alleged that the group was helping Armenia politically and militarily. Explain that this group led by France, Russia, and America is helping to resolve the dispute between Armenia-Azerbaijan.
Meanwhile, Azerbaijan has claimed that it has liberated 21 more villages from the occupation of Armenia. He says that 130 towns have been liberated in the war so far. Armenia has denied this claim. Armenian Prime Minister Nicole Pashinyan has said that a diplomatic solution to the ongoing war in Nagorno-Karabakh and its surroundings is not possible. After Turkey’s announcement, now countries like France and Russia can also enter this war, which has put the threat of the Third World War.
In the battle of Nagorno-Karabakh, Turkey and its backward Pakistan are openly supporting Azerbaijan. Turkey conducted 10 joint military exercises with Azerbaijan last year. It was said in the news that Turkey has started building a permanent military base inside Azerbaijan. In the current war in Nagorno-Karabakh, Turkey is openly supporting arms. Turkish drone planes wreaked havoc in Armenia. Armenia claims that Turkey has also given its F-16 fighter aircraft to Azerbaijan.
It is said in the reports that Turkey has left its 6 F-16 fighter jets at the airbase of Azerbaijan. This increases the likelihood of an attack on Turkey’s Armenia. On the other hand, the ‘terrorist’ Pakistan, dancing at the behest of Turkey, has also sent hundreds of militants fighting in Syria to Azerbaijan. Speaking to a news portal, Armenia Deputy Foreign Minister Avet Adonte said that there is no denying the possibility that Pakistan’s fighters are fighting alongside militants in Azerbaijan. Pakistan has been shocked after this revelation.
Azerbaijan’s military is using Israeli Harop Kamikaze Drones to target Armenia’s troops and tanks. These drones are suicidal, which, apart from reikiing the enemy’s territory, blow themselves up if a target appears. For this reason, Armenia’s army is suffering heavy losses. Many of his soldiers have been killed in attacks by this drone. According to a report, 60% of Azerbaijan’s total arms purchases come from Israel. In such a situation, due to Israeli weapons, he is overshadowing the Armenian army.
After the announcement of sending Turkish troops, there is a danger of starting the Third World War from this area. Actually, Russia is not yet openly supporting Armenia in this war, but if the Turkish army attacked, then Armenia’s army will have to come to help. According to the New York Times report, Armenia and Russia have a defense treaty and if these Azerbaijan attacks happen on the land of Armenia, Russia may have to come to the front. Russia and Turkey have already had swords in Libya and Syria’s civil war. Even then, trade relations between the two countries remain. Turkey has bought the S-400 missile defense system from Russia, unhappy with the US. It was also recently tested by Turkey.
On the other hand, France has openly supported Armenia in this war. The Armenia-Azerbaijan war has intensified the dispute between France and Turkey, two NATO allies. France is home to a large number of people of Armenian descent. Turkey is not only openly supporting Azerbaijan in this war but is also threatening. On Wednesday, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Kavusoglu alleged that France was supporting the occupation in Armenia’s Azerbaijan. On this criticism, the President of France gave a befitting reply to Turkey. He said that Turkey is threatening the war. Macron said that France would not accept it. It is believed that France may come forward to help Armenia if there is a war.
