Deepanshi Mishra (Intern Journalist): Two Hyderabad students die because of not wearing helmets and the high speed of the bike. The bike crashed into a divider at Suraram near Qutbullapur. They were carrying 1 kg of ganja in their backpacks, say police. The final year engineering students have been identified as Anantha Vishal, aged 21 from Kodigiri Mandal of Nizamabad, and Goparaju Sujith Kumar, aged 23 from Mancherial. Goparaju received a bike from his parents on his birthday.

Both the students live in Mahalakshmi Boys Hostel and study at St. Peters Engineering College in Maisammaguda, Medchal. Head constable D Shivaram of Dundigal police station said both men were not wearing helmets at the time of the accident and suffering serious injuries. They died on the spots.

Police searched for identity cards and they found Ganja inside the bag. They have collected their blood samples and verifying chemical substances inside the blood. As well as trying to find the person from whom Ganja was sourced.
