(Satya Havilah, Intern Journalist) Dubai: Indian student Sharan Sasikumar (14), who lives in Dubai, drew a picture of Prime Minister Modi and gave it to him as a Republic Day gift. It will be presented to Modi by Assistant Minister of State for External Affairs V Muralitharan, who is on a three-day visit to Dubai. It looks like Prime Minister Modi is saluting in the stencil image drawn by Sharan. Responding to this, Muralitharan revealed by a tweet that he received a 6-layer stencil painting drawn by a young painter and a Dubai student from Kerala.
He said the picture was given to Modi by a boy on the occasion of Republic Day. The painting was 90 centimeters high and 60 centimeters wide, Gulf News reported. He said it took six hours to draw it. Sharan says he drew pictures of 92 UAE officials during Covid-19 the period. Sharana is currently in 9th grade. Received a Grand Master Certificate in the Asian Book of Records.
