The film will be inspired by true events, showing the story of heroes who have been forgotten. Discussions about which actress will be in the film with Akshay Kumar were heated earlier. Now the name of Vani Kapoor has been stamped for it. Vaani, who has done films like Befikre, War, is going to have her first film with Akshay.
Vani has tweeted and expressed her happiness over it. Vani uploaded two photos with Akshay and wrote- ‘I am very excited about this. I am coming with Akshay Kumar sir. Can not wait Let’s start “Bellbottom”. Vaani had earlier appeared ‘War’ with Hrithik Roshan, in which her character was not very big, but important and that role was liked by many.
Before Vaani, there were reports of Kriti Sanon’s sister Nupur Sanon’s Bollywood debut with ‘Bellbottom’ in the film, but now Vaani’s name has been finalized. Nupur has appeared in the song ‘Filhaal’ along with Akshay. The period thriller film required a fresh pairing with Akshay. In the film, Vaani will play the role of Akshay’s wife.
