Ingredients:

12 nos mushroom sliced, 1 no capsicum sliced, 1 no zucchini sliced, 1 bunch of spinach leaves shredded, 150 gms grated cheese, 150 ml cream, 2 tsp dill leaves chopped, 1 tsp dry red chilies crushed, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp refined flour/maida, salt to taste and 1 tsp oil.

Method:

  1. Mix the mushrooms, zucchini, capsicum, and butter and place in a casserole dish.
  2. Cover and microwave on ‘high’ power for 5 minutes, stirring every minute.
  3. Add the spinach and dill (saunf) and mix and keep aside.
  4. In another bowl mix the refined flour with oil, cream, salt, and ½ the grated cheese. Pour the mixture over the vegetables. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and crushed red chilies.
  5. Microwave on ‘medium’ power for 10 minutes.
  6. Stand it for 3 minutes. Serve hot.
