(Rishitha Jaladi, Intern Journalist)Vijayawada: As a major aspect of exploring the missing of three silver lion sculptures from the chariot positioned close Mallikarjuna Mahamandapam at Sri Durga Malleswara Swamy Varla Devasthanams (SDMSD), Vijayawada police and signs group visited the sanctuary here on Friday. Representative Commissioner of Police (DCP-Crimes) Koteswara Rao reviewed the shed where the chariot was kept. 

On Thursday, sanctuary Assistant Executive Officer (AEO) N Ramesh Babu documented an objection at One Town police headquarters. In his grievance, he expressed that they saw missing of the three silver lion sculptures on the chariot while leading an overall assessment according to the headings of Vijayawada police in the wake of the Antarvedi chariot fire.

Vijayawada Commissioner of Police Bathini Sreenivasulu said that three exceptional groups were established to complete the examination, including that a committed group is checking the CCTV film recorded from March to September. Throughout the examination, the Central Crime Station (CCS) authorities came to realize that the agreement of cleaning the silver chariot was given to one privately owned business Sri Sarvani Industries at an expense of Rs 47,000, from which one Venkat took the work request. 

“Venkat is on the loose. A manhunt has been dispatched to follow him,” sources said. “We are attempting to gather chance fingerprints from the wrongdoing scene,” sources included. Then again, the CCS police are additionally associating the function with sanctuary staff and addressed three authorities, including Executive Officer MV Suresh Babu, and recorded their announcements.
