(Bhagya Luxmi, Intern Journalist) The risk of coronavirus is increasing continuously in the country. Newly infected patients of the coronavirus are getting confirmed every day. In the meantime, permission has been sought for Eid Namaz in Maharashtra for the special festival of Muslims, Eid-ul-Adha i.e. Bakrid. At the same time, Muslim communities want some exemption from the government for Namaz and sacrifice.
The most positive cases of coronavirus are seen in Maharashtra. At the same time, Maulana Saeed Noori, president of Raza Academy in Maharashtra, said that on June 24, he wrote a letter to the Chief Minister. The Supreme Court should give permission to allow Eid prayers, just as the Rath Yatra was allowed.
Maulana Saeed Noori, president of Raza Academy, says that we want some relaxation for Namaz and sacrifice during Bakrid. During this time, we will follow whatever restrictions are imposed by the government. Actually, the Muslim community sacrifices animals on Bakrid.
Let me explain to you, that due to the increasing infection of the coronavirus, large gatherings have been banned through the government. Maharashtra is the most affected state due to the Coronavirus in the country. In such a situation, a rebate has been demanded on Bakrid through the Muslim community.
In view of the corona epidemic, the Maharashtra government has issued a guideline regarding Bakrid. In this, people have been appealed to stay in the house instead of a mosque or Idgah, to offer Namaz. Apart from this, people have been suggested symbolic sacrifice in place of a goat. All animal markets will remain closed there. If a person wants to buy animals for sacrifice, then he can shop online or over the phone.
