(Riya Singh, Intern Journalist): After heavy rain in Patna, waterlogging has occurred in most of the areas. Road pits have also started causing trouble. The problem is rising in the areas where drainage work is going on. After the rains, Patna Station, Jakkanpur Thana, Mithapur, Indira Nagar, Kankarbagh Colony Mod, Rajendra Nagar, Kadamkuan, Nala Road, Bahadurpur Housing Colony, Gandhi Maidan, Sabzibagh, Langar Toli, Boring Road, Kidwaipuri, Rajiv Nagar and various other areas faced waterlogging. A situation of traffic jams occurred in many areas including Dak Bungalow. Many trains were also closed. Efforts were being made to remove water in Kadamkuan. Pavement shopkeepers face shoplifting at Patna Station. Customers couldn’t reach to such shops.
