Saloni Subha ( Intern Journalist ) Surprisingly women almost at every polling station across all cities of all ages turned up in huge numbers to vote on Tuesday. In most of the polling stations, the voters arrived much before the polling began.
In Patna, elections were conducted at eight constituencies which are Bankipur, Bakhtiyarpur, Danapur, Digha, Fatuha, Kumharar, Manner, Patna Sahib, and Phulwari in the second phase yesterday.
Amid the covid Pandemic, women made managed to vote. According to a woman who exercised her right to vote at polling in Lohia Nagar, she gave the vote for the development of Bihar.
Another woman from S.k Puri said that Bihar has developed a lot in the last few years. There was a time when a woman was not safe after 7 pm. However, the scenario has changed now and women are much safer now.
