Chili cauliflower is very flavored, which is preferred not only by vegetarians but also by non-vegetarians. Chili cabbage is very easy to make. It can be made both dry and gravy. But today we are going to make dry chili cabbage which can also be served as a starter during the party.

Chilli Gobhi
  • Ingredients

3 cups of water
1 tsp salt
1 cup cabbage
1 cup of corn floor
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
2 tsp garlic
1 onion, sliced
5 Green Chillies
1/2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp tomato sauce
1/2 vinegar
2 tbsp red chili powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 cup cornflour (dissolved in water)

  • Method

Take water in a pan and add salt to it and let it boil. Add cabbage to this boiled water. When the cabbage is completely wet, take it out in a bowl after a while. Add cornflour, salt, and pepper to a bowl. After mixing them well, add cabbage to it and mix. Then deep fry the cauliflower. After frying the cabbage, take out some oil from the pan.


Now add ginger and garlic to the pan and fry it well. Now add onion, green chilies, soy sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, red chili sauce, salt, and add the whole black pepper. Roast all these ingredients well. Add the previously fried cabbage and mix well. Mix well with a little cornflour in a cup of water and put it in the pan. Mix well and serve hot. If you want to make Chilean cabbage, you can also add green onion to enhance its taste.
