New Delhi: (Geetesh Ujjainwal, Intern Journalist) On Sunday plasma donation campaign at AIIMS was launched by Delhi police where Union health minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan was the chief guest and police commissioner SN Shrivastava was the guest of honor.
“The objective of the campaign is to create a plasma bank and to encourage people to come forward to donate plasma for the treatment of Covid-19 patients,” said Mandeep Singh Randhawa, Delhi Police, PRO.
The Union minister also praised the efforts of a police constable who has donated his plasma thrice in the past few days.
