On the one hand, rebel MLAs are fighting a battle in the Rajasthan High Court against the Speaker’s decision, while the war of words is going on outside the court. Meanwhile, the Chief Minister has called a meeting of the legislature party on Tuesday.
On Monday, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot lashed out at his former deputy chief minister. He described the pilot as unacceptable, worthless, and fighting. In response, the pilot said, “an attempt was being made to tarnish his image.” A hearing has started in the High Court. Today is the last day of the notice issued by the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly to the rebel MLAs.
DGP of Rajasthan has written a letter to DGP of Haryana and Commissioner of Delhi Police. In which he has sought to cooperate in the investigation of Special Operation Group (SOG) in a case related to alleged attempts to destabilize the state government.
Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has called a meeting of Congress Legislature Party once again on Tuesday. The meeting will take place at the Fairmont Hotel.
