(Deepshikha Gautam, Intern Journalist) Kanpur Dehat: An astrologer from Khandwa, MP was called to Kanpur Dehat and kidnapped, and a ransom of Rs 1 crore was demanded from his wife. Police got activated after information received from MP and kidnapped and rescued his driver. The kidnapping BJP district minister and two of his associates were arrested. The hijacked two cars have also been recovered. Sushil Tiwari, a resident of Chirkhadan in Khanwa, confesses his miraculousness by doing things along with Panditai.
He was identified with Rohit Singh, who runs a small factory in Delhi. Originally a resident of Motihari Bihar, Rohit is friends with BJP District Minister Satyam Singh Chauhan of Kanpur Dehat. Both along with some of their other colleagues had planned to recover a ransom from Sushil. As part of the plan, Sushil Tiwari was summoned to Akbarpur by an excuse. Sushil arrived here on 18 July with his driver Sunil. After taking in a hotel, these people kidnapped both of them. Police arrested Satyam Singh Chauhan and Pankaj Singh on Monday night with both the abductions recovered.
