(Pooja Dubey, Intern Journalist) The country is becoming strong in the war with the coronavirus. In Unlock-2, the recovery rate is constantly touching. For the first time, the recovery rate in the country has crossed 50 percent.
In the last 24 hours, 47,707 new cases have been reported. However, the total number of corona positive cases across the country has increased to 14,83,157. Of these, 4,96,988 are active cases, 9,52,744 people have been cured or discharged from hospital and 33,425 people have died so far. However, during this time the good news is that the number of people recovering from the coronavirus in the country is constantly increasing.
On March 25, when the lockdown was first imposed in the country, the recovery rate was just 7.10 percent. The recovery rate continued to increase due to all kinds of measures between 1 and 4 lockdowns. But this rate has not crossed 50 percent. But for the first time in Unlock-2, this rate has crossed 64 percent. So far, more than 33 thousand deaths have occurred in the country, but if we look at the percentage, only 2.25 percent of the infected have died.
The situation in Delhi is also steadily improving. On July 26, Delhi has now reached 10th position in the case of active corona patients. With the reduction in the number of these patients, the recovery rate has also increased to about 88 percent. Delhi has the least active patients among the infection affected states in the country. In the last one month, the number of these patients has decreased by more than 50 percent.
