(Riya Singh, Intern Journalist): To prepare this dessert you will need 6 scoops of chocolate ice-cream, 1 teacup orange sauce, 1 cup fresh cream, 3 tbsp powdered sugar and 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut.
Method:
- Whisk the cream with the sugar until thick.
- Roast the coconut in a pan.
- Arrange the ice-cream, whipped cream, and orange sauce in layers in six individual glasses.
- Top with the roasted coconut. Serve immediately.
