(Pooja Dubey, Intern Journalist) The police are taking extra vigil for the alert issued regarding the possible terrorist attack during the Puja of Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya.
On the orders of UP DGP, DIG has reached Pilibhit to camp till August 6. Seeing the promptness of Uttarakhand Police on the border, they appreciated the outpost in-charge and asked SP Pilibhit to increase security along the UP border on the same lines.
Prime Minister Modi is going to do the Bhoomi Pooja of Ram temple in Ayodhya. There is a possibility of terrorist infiltration from Nepal which came under the influence of China.
In such a situation, the DGP of UP Police has given the responsibility of supervising senior officials in areas connected to the Nepal border. Security and work will be done by creating police coordination of the two states along the border.
