Ingredients : Flour-300 gram, Sugar- 3 cup, Khoya – 150 gram, Cardamom powder-1 spoon, Semolina – 70 gram, Ghee- 3 spoon, Coconut powder- 2 spoon, Almond powder- 2 spoon, Oil- 2 cup.
Method :
- First roast khoya and selimona in a vessel, mix almond powder, sugar, and cardamom powder in it.
- Knead fine flour and ghee in a vessel and cover it by a wet cotton cloth, keep it for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, roll this fine flour-like a puri and pour the prepared mixture on it.
- After that prepare it in the design like Gujiya your hands.
- Heat the oil in a pan and pour the mixture design into the oil.
- Prepare sugar syrup by adding sugar and water in a pan. Sugar syrup should be a little carty. Then put fried Chandrakala in sugar syrup for 2 minutes.
- remove and serve after 2 minutes.
