Ingredients: Rice- 2 cups, Ghee-3 spoon, A Big Cardamom, Two bay leaf, cumin – two spoons, Cinnamon, Dry red chili, water, salt, and Lemon juice.

Method :

  • First, clean the rice and wash it with water. Then add water to the rice and set it aside.
  • Now add ghee in the pan and add big cardamom, dry red chili, bay leaf, and cinnamon and fry on a low flame till the cumin seeds get well.
  • After frying the masala, now add rice that has been extracted with water and stir it well.
  • After running for a few minutes, you add two cups of water to it and then add salt and lemon juice to it and cover it, boil it on a high flame.
  • Then as soon as rice boiling, make the gas medium and cover it in half and let it cook for a while.
  • After this, you check the water with a spoon of rice. If the amount of water is very low, you cook it without covering it and wait for the water to run out.
  • Now turn off the gas and keep the rice lightly covered and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
  • So take your Cumin Rice ready.
